You are embarking on a Life Transformation by joining WILDFIT B2S with Coach Gina as your Coach.
This will be an inspiring 5 weeks, and let me assure you that you are in good hands!
The expectations you can expect from WILDFIT are as follows:
You’ll receive an email welcoming you into WILDFIT Back to Spring. Be sure to confirm that you are in their system. This will ensure that you receive all WILDFIT emails, and videos. This is an important part of the program and you’ll need to be sure that you are connected. If you have any trouble receiving these emails at any time in the Back to Spring experience, please reach out to [email protected] they will be happy to handle any tech issues you may run into.
Be sure to log into the WILDFIT Dashboard and get familiar with it. You’ll have a WILDFIT 90 Day Area, and a separate Back to Spring Area. There will be a Welcome video, and when we get started on that 1st Monday, you’ll have the videos become available in that dashboard, and will be added in over the next 5 weeks. Also once you click into the day’s link you’ll find extra resources, food guidelines and more. Videos will open as we progress through the challenge. Including the Specialty Tracks - Hunter’s & Gatherer’s Spring videos.
You will receive your videos from WILDFIT featuring Eric Edmeades and other helpful videos to support your experience. This information is vital to setting you up for success! Don’t miss these videos. Be sure that you are registered for the specialty Tracks of; Hunter’s Spring or Gatherer’s Spring by the end of week 1 Back to Spring. WILDFIT usually sends a reminder email, with the daily videos.
And if you’re in a Living WILDFIT Challenge, a reminder email with the Zoom link for the calls will come by email with a 24 hour reminder & 1 hour reminder.
If you’re having any trouble at all with WILDFIT emails or tech - don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected] they respond in order of emails. Know that they will be working on it to correct your situation. Explain the specifics about what you need help with, and they are great at responding. To troubleshoot, be sure to check your spam, to be sure your emails aren’t going to the wrong place. If you’re in a small group with coach Gina, be sure to reach out by email with any issues you may have in regards to zoom links and replay’s for the weekly calls.

I’ll share lots of encouragement and support for the Back to Spring experience! This will come as Check-ins as needed throughout the week in our pre-arranged media platform (Our Private group, FaceBook Group, Messenger or WhatsApp…) I will check in daily, to answer questions and help you out. I check messages in the morning and late afternoon. And will get back to you most days before bedtime at the latest.
Zoom Check in calls with Gina - as follows
Weeks 1-5 Group Zoom Calls to ask questions, and check in on your progress. Weeks 2, 3 & 4 have 1 Specialty Track Zoom Call per week to check in and ask questions specific to the pre-registered, chosen track. (Hunter’s & Gatherer’s Spring depending on the focus of our Back To Spring)
Lots of tips, tricks, ideas, suggestions, thought provoking questions, fun articles and recipes to help you make lasting changes.A loving and direct approach that supports an outstanding WILDFIT experience.
Follow up after Back to Spring is over, and an invite to join my WILDFIT Alumni Membership Group with my previous clients. Be sure to take BEFORE photos and measurements!
Get a journal or use WILDFIT journal to keep record of your progress and personal discoveries.1st Journaling exercise - WHAT IS YOUR BIG WHY? Dig deep here, get to the root of the root. Why now? Why Back to Spring? Why are you doing the track you’ve chosen?
Communicate ahead of time, if you can’t make it to a scheduled meeting, please give at least 24 hours notice if possible. Be flexible on rescheduling 1:1 appointments if you require that, I have other clients as well. NO-SHOW Appointments (by client) count as 1 of our scheduled appointments. Additional appointment times are available for purchase if needed. NO-SHOW Appointments (by Gina) - Client will receive a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
Lead don’t push - If you want to share with others the exciting changes you’re making, do so gently. Sharing your A-Ha moments is more impactful than telling them to sign up! Look for victories EVERYDAY!! 🙂

PAYMENTS & AGREEMENT BACK TO SPRING
All payments must be made in advance of the sessions starting in order to take part. Any missed payments will incur fees and may see you removed from the program.
When you apply for one of my programs I may ask you questions to qualify you for the program. If you answer dishonestly you may be removed from the program with no refund offered.
Membership Recurring Payments
there is a minimum cancellation notice of one month for all membership payments.
when you become a member you receive credits for classes; these credits are allocated on the assumption that you will be a member for a minimum term of 6 months. If you become a member, use your credits and then cancel your membership within 6 months you will be invoiced for the balance of the cost of the classes you took during your membership
