Savoury Spiced Pecans:
These are sugar and dairy free & DELICIOUS!! This would be mild Spring food in WildFit Great to snack on- and would be great as a salad topper too. Store in an air tight container if there’s anything left over!

1 lb pecan halves
1/4 C. Coconut Aminos
2 egg whites
3 teaspoons of taco seasoning or
1 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper - 1/2 teaspoon cumin- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 t. Sea salt
1 t. Onion powder
1/2 t. White pepper
1/4 t. Ground Mustard powder
In a large bowl - Whip the egg white with a fork until it’s a little bit foamy
Add the spices and mix well
Then add in pecans and toss until each nut is completely coated
Place single layer on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 mins. Stir 1/2 way
Bake until dry - if still not dry at 25 minutes add 5- 10 minutes to time.
Taste best when at room temp - let cool before snacking.
